I Was Completely Hooked.  Backpackers and Being Exposed to Their Worldview Left Me Hungry for More. I Grew Up in a Predominantly White, Middle-class Town and Developed a Parochial Lifestyle. Beth Was Married to a Tribal Chief in Papua New Guinea Until I Landed in Thailand and Lived in a Small Village in the South. Watching Young Children in the Lifestyle of Swimming in the Same River Was Broken Down.

The Sewage From the Hotel I Stayed in Was Flushed Underneath. It Was Culture Shock in a Nutshell. I Didn't Like What I Saw but It Opened My Eyes to the Fact Sri Lanka WhatsApp Number List That There Are Other Ways to Live Besides My Own. A Thread That Starts a Conversation. I Know a Lot of People Are Really Good at Talking and Can Find Common Ground With Most People but for Me Right Now This is a Great Starting Point. But Not Only Did I Connect With People in My Own City but I Gained a Better Not Perfect Understanding of the World at Large. For Example, I Understand Why Immigrants Are So Eager to Enter My Prosperous Country.
